Favorite Recipes


This is one of my favorite smoothie recipes:

1 cup frozen mixed berries (I get these from Sam’s Club)

1/3 cup Dannon Light and Fit yogurt

1/4 cup vanilla almond milk

a ton of ice

 

On my Weight Watchers plan, this entired smoothie only has 3 points and is yummy and packed with antioxidants and vitamins.
